OUR WEEKEND IN NUMBERS…

What a ride the last three days have been at Mamacita’s at

🌮 604 tacos devoured
🧀 98 nachos loaded up
🍩 73 churros dusted in sugar
🌶 52 jalapeño poppers smashed

🥩 30kg of mince cooked
(plus another 8kg emergency run when you legends kept lining up)

And behind the window…

👩‍🍳 3 senior staff holding the fort all weekend (YTG Yaz and Liv 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼)
👶 4 juniors stepping up (YEAH FLETCH & Co)
🔥 3 of them with zero hospitality experience before this weekend (Jasper, ISLA ⭐️, and Aubs)
➕ 1 extra helper Saturday when things went wild (thanks Tash)

We even ran out of taco sized tortillas at one point and had to start cutting big tortillas down to size while we waited for more to arrive from Sydney.

And the emergency supply runs didn’t stop there…
extra corn chips (twice)
more beans
more corn
more pineapple
more cheese
more tomatoes
more coriander
more jalapeños

Basically… if it could go in a taco, we ran out of it at least once. 😅

To everyone who came out, stood in line, danced in the sunshine and supported us… thank you.

Mudgee, you showed up.
And we felt the love all weekend.

LAST DAY OF MAMACITAS AT 🌮🔥

Well Mudgee… what a weekend.
The tacos have been flying, the wine has been flowing, and the vibes have been muy perfecto.

Today is our final day at Logan Wines, so if you’ve been thinking about coming out… consider this your sign.

Grab your crew, roll out a picnic blanket, soak up the autumn sunshine and let us feed you.

On the menu today:

🌽 Sweet corn salsa + chipotle goodness
🥑 Fresh guac
🍫 Churros with warm chocolate

Wine, music, tacos and golden Mudgee views. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday.
