Merry Christmas Fam🎄✨ and an early Happy New Year 🤍

Today is about more than treats. It’s about love, comfort, and togetherness in all its forms.

We’re thinking of those of you celebrating without loved ones today, those carrying grief while trying to find moments of joy, and anyone for whom this season feels a little heavier. You are seen and you are not alone 🤍

As the year comes to a close, we just want to say thank you. Thank you for supporting our little baking business, for trusting us with your celebrations, and for allowing our creations to be part of your special moments throughout the year.

👩🏻‍🍼 Did I pack enough snacks for this drop off or will my kid act like they’re starving the second we leave the house?
👩🏻‍🍳 Do I have enough butter for tomorrow’s orders or am I running to Woolies at 10pm again?
👩🏻‍💼 Did I reply to that message, or did I just mentally answer it while cracking eggs?
👩🏻‍🍳 Does mixing this much batter by hand count as arm day because it feels like it!
🤷🏻‍♀️ Baking done, kids bathed & fed, admin & inventory done, laundry folded? no … balance right!?

On a serious note, what a blessing to be tired from the work I prayed for. Life is busy, messy, and nonstop, but it’s mine and I love it. 🥰

WOW .. 600 followers, over 100 orders, and it’s only been a little over 2 months in business! I’m honestly speechless. 🥹

Even after taking a short break for a funeral, you all came right back and showed me so much love the moment I returned. That kind of support doesn’t go unnoticed & it means everything. 🥰

I’m already locked in for a few events, birthdays, and even weddings (with one birthday coming up this weekend 🥳).
Every order, every referral, every like, comment, and share… it all adds up. Every little bit of love or engagement helps my little business and trust me I see it, I feel it and I’m so, so grateful (not sure how many times I can say it tbh 😂).

If you had told me just a few months ago that I’d have my own dessert business, I wouldn’t have believed you. 😂
To think the beginning of my baking journey all started because I didn’t receive a recipe. Pushing me to research, adjust, and create my own. God really does work in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. 🙏🏼
