til we where talking to our organic butcher that we found he had customers that wanted high quality ghee however there never seemed to be a good constant supply to for his customers. We had already tracked down the best quality butter in Australia for our own personal use. As you can guess we are not vegetarian or vegan however we were for many years until we asked some hard questions and did some learning.
