Sous vide brewed fresh-roasted single origin fair trade Brazil pulped natural coffee beans.
(Brazil pulped natural coffee beans are defined by their unique processing method, which bridges the gap between washed and natural coffees. The skin of the cherry is removed, but the sticky, sugar-rich mucilage is left on the bean while it dries, resulting in a cup with heavy body, low acidity, and prominent sweetness.)
