I’m thrilled that the beautiful winery Longleat Wines will be supplying our Christmas bubbles! 🥂 Longleat is a gorgeous little gem located in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, and their exquisite wines will be served at our upcoming Opera in the Country Christmas concert. Come and have a glass of locally crafted Brut Cuvée, whilst enjoying some operatic singing (local & imported!💚) in the charming community of Girgarre. Ragazzone or ‘big boy’ translation to English from Longleat Wines🍷

This wine was produced by selectively cutting the fruit bearing shoots of the Petit Verdot vines. The mild day temperatures and gentle breezes of autumn allows natural drying of the grapes to take place.

The loss of moisture ‘angel’s share’ results in the concentration of colour and flavour components.
