The Phat Wag supplied 9+ Wagyu Brisket for BAR BEARD QUE today they placed 1st in the Gladstone Smoke Festival Competition.
Our Phat Wag Wagyu Meat travels from the East Coast to as far as the West of Queensland all the way to The Birdsville Races

Today’s menu at The Phat Wag, is the same as yesterday , however we do have Wagyu Brisket in our Smoked boxes today.
We’re open until 9.30pm.
We start to head home tomorrow afternoon , so make sure you get your Taste of Wagyu today or for Breakfast tomorrow.
It’s DADS day tomorrow so why not buy him some FRESH WAGYU to take home.
