This ANZAC Day, we’ll be taking the morning to pause, reflect and remember.

Moffatdale Ridge will be closed tomorrow morning and reopening from 1pm. Please note there will be no food available on Saturday, but the cellar door will be open from 1pm for wine tastings and purchases.

Cocktail idea this Easter, Hot Cross Bun Cocktail
Looking for a fun Easter-inspired cocktail idea to try at home this long weekend? This Hot Cross Bun Cocktail is rich, creamy and full of those warm, spiced flavours we all love at Easter.

Ingredients

30ml Moffatdale Ridge Chocolate Tawny Port
15ml spiced rum
60ml milk or cream
15ml vanilla syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Ice
Optional garnish
Dusting of cinnamon
Orange zest
Mini hot cross bun on the side

Method
Add the Chocolate Tawny Port, spiced rum, milk or cream, vanilla syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled and smooth. Strain into a short glass over fresh ice, or serve straight up for a richer dessert-style cocktail.

No bunnies were harmed, shaken or stirred in the making of this cocktail.

All Rounder at Moffatdale Ridge Wines
Love working with people and don’t mind a bit of variety in your day?

Moffatdale Ridge Winery is looking for a friendly all-rounder to join our team. The role includes a mix of front of house service and kitchen hand duties, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for visitors to the winery.
Hospitality experience is preferred, but wine knowledge isn’t essential as training will be provided.

The position operates on a rostered schedule including weekends, with daytime service hours and no night work. A current RSA is required.

You’ll be working in one of the most beautiful parts of the South Burnett with a supportive team and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
