We’ve just sent out our 2025 lamb catalogue so you can take your pick before we display our sheep at the Murrumbateman Field Days this weekend, however, it seems that our emails may be being filtered to spam folders 🤷‍♀️

I reckon this is love at first sight!

So many lambs have arrived now but we always have a few favourites. This is a Corriedale cross Babydoll from our experimental breeding program - we are hoping to eventually infuse some of the Corriedale’s spectacular colour patterns and wool quality into our Babydoll flock.

That is a while down the track but in the meantime we think these first cross lambs are extra cute - I’m dubbing them Corriedolls!

First lamb of 2025 arrived early this morning! And what a beauty. A beautiful black ewe lamb who our daughter has named Freya. Freya will be eligible for purebred inspection when she is older 🥳

Mum is one of our first three ewes that started us on our Babydoll journey in 2020. She had an eye injury earlier this year that required surgical removal of one of her eyes - she’s adapted beautifully and is a wonderful mum - no assistance needed and she had the lamb up and feeding by the time we arrived!

Dad is our purebred black ram - Fleetwood. This is the first of his offspring!

Everyone is very happy here this morning but no time to rest as it looks like another ewe is in early labour and she’s carrying twins!
