Ever wondered what’s left after we press our grapes?

This is it 👆🏼 grape skins, seeds and stems (known as marc).

But it doesn’t go to waste.

All of our pressed grape skins are collected and taken to a local farmer to be used as livestock feed. What’s left in the winery becomes nourishment back on the land 🐄 🐖
