Good morning team! Happy Monday and almost end to Winter!

Some people updates today!

Kyle and Lexie are back from break with the kids. Lovely to be home and I’ll try and remember how to use a pen!

Bigger news!
It’s Jak’s Last day with us today as he moves on to big adventures!
Jak is our first employee, and been with us for a good few years now, finished his apprenticeship with us, turned 18 and we have had the pleasure to see him grow into an amazing young man!
We are so very proud of him!

If you’re around today welcome to pop in and say goodbye to him!

P.s if my face is puffy - it’s happy tears! 🥹

We are so excited for him, but we will miss him!

These have a short season but are delicious.

Ironically, it’s the white fish not the orange fish! I know.. fish are weird!
