This portrait of Eric was captured by Wayne at the Laura Quinkan Dance Festival in Far North Queensland, a significant cultural gathering where communities come together, traditionally every two years, to celebrate culture through dance, storytelling and the sharing of knowledge across generations.

Through traditional dance, song and storytelling, the festival honours the enduring connection to Country, culture and community, keeping stories and traditions alive for future generations.

Wayne has photographed at Laura for many years, capturing Eric’s grandfather, uncles and aunties, and documenting the connections between generations through his photography.

3 Point Lamb Cutlet | caramelised cauliflower puree, pomegranate, cavalo nero, almonds, tzatziki (GF, NFO, DFO).

Porcini Risotto | with mushroom, ricotta salata, pine nuts, sage and vincotto (GF, VEG).

Beetroot Carpaccio | with cashew purée, macadamia, vincotto and crisp sage (VGN, GF).
