We’re on our annual hunt for local limes and lemons in the Nairne and Mt Barker district to use in our locally produced craft spirits. In exchange we offer our premium gins or liqueurs for fresh locally grown citrus A bottle of our premium gins or liqueurs for 10kg of lemons or limes. Fruit must be fresh and in good condition. Lemons must be Eureka or Lisbon lemons

🫐 The Building Blocks: Every great gin needs a solid foundation. We start with classic Juniper and Roasted Coriander.
🍊 The Citrus Burst: The secret to a great citrus gin? A bright, zesty, and perfectly balanced blend of lemon, lime, and orange.
🌺 Sweet & Tart: We bring in Rosella and Muntries to layer in beautiful, nuanced hints of natural tartness and sweetness.
🌿 Bright & Refreshing: Fresh river mint and lemon myrtle round out the profile, giving the spirit incredibly crisp, refreshing notes.
