Beautiful scenery even in the middle of winter here at Windera, in SEQld. Cattle almost ready for our paddock to plate program enjoying a feed on the hill paddock, and you can catch glimpses of our barley crop over the creek. We're hoping for rain to progress the barley to a decent crop with which we can cut and make silage. Things have gotten a bit dry of late.

Ian is out in the field today, planting green fodder for the cattle to munch on later in the season. Braving these nasty freezing winds, and a tractor bouncing and jolting every bone in his body to bring fine Angus beef to your table all year round. So much goes on behind the scenes that only a farmer knows.
