Our sincere thanks to all new and returning clients, successful bidders and underbidders, both on-property and online.

The success of this year’s sale gives us great confidence that our breeding program continues to deliver the genetics our clients are looking for and the wider industry needs.

White Suffolk: Lot 139, $3,000 to Fingerpost White Suffolks.
Poll Dorset: Lot 16, $2,400 to R.L. Hancock & Sons, Reedy Creek.
Multi-Meat: Lot 182, $2,000 to Eura-Carla, Padthaway.

Sale day has arrived and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to our Annual Sale.

A strong, even line-up of 204 Poll Dorset, White Suffolk & Multi-Meat rams sell backed by well-balanced LAMBPLAN® data.

This year’s White Suffolk draft averages in the top 5% for LEQ, with the Poll Dorset draft averaging in the top 10%.

Sale starts at 1pm SA time | Gates open from 10.30am
All rams selling live in the Sale Shed and online via AuctionsPlus.

All welcome at Woolumbool this Wednesday!

The Annual Sale kicks off at the new time of 1.00pm, with 204 Poll Dorset, White Suffolk and Multi-Meat rams on offer.

Gates open from 10.30am, giving you plenty of time to inspect the rams before the sale.

Come along and enjoy some Woolumbool hospitality, with hot lamb rolls, homemade sausage rolls, pies and plenty of refreshments available throughout the day.

All rams will also be selling online through AuctionsPlus, as well as here in the Woolumbool Sale Shed.

We’re looking forward to a great day and catching up with clients, friends and visitors.

Many of the 2026 Sale Rams are ranking within the top 1 to 10% of terminal sires nationally across a range of Australian Sheep Breeding Values.

Growth remains a key focus, particularly post-weaning weight, alongside carcase performance, eating quality and worm resistance.
