It’s been another massive week for us! We’ve been flat out with private catering, pre-booked events, and getting everything ready for a huge weekend.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already stopped by for a loaded spud this week or had us cater your event. Your support means so much to our little family business. 💛

We haven’t had a chance to post our weekend locations yet, so here they are!

This weekend we’ll have both the truck and the trailer out serving, meaning you can find us at:

🚚 BIG NEWS! 🚚

If you’ve noticed we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, there’s a good reason for it!

Over the past few months we’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring our new food truck to life. Between the build, council approvals, licensing, compliance requirements and preparing for a busy run of events, there simply haven’t been enough hours in the day.

Since receiving approval, we’ve already been out catering private functions, community events and large corporate lunches, putting the truck through its paces and serving plenty of loaded spuds along the way.

We’re excited to officially announce that our new truck is now operational and on the road! 🥔

While it’s not quite finished yet, with the full wrap and final touches still to come, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and can’t wait to share the finished result with you all.

This truck represents a huge step forward for our business and will allow us to attend bigger events, serve more customers and continue growing what started as a simple idea and a love of great food.

And that’s not all…

We’ve also been working on some exciting changes behind the scenes that we’ll be revealing soon. A fresh new chapter is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to bring you along for the journey.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, booked us, recommended us and cheered us on along the way. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

We are set up at thelakescollege in North lakes tonight (Wednesday 10th June)

Along with us is Dippin' Dots and Neshama food truck (southern style chicken).

Not every loaded spud is this photogenic once it’s packed into a container… but underneath all those toppings is the same golden baked potato and generous fillings you know and love. 🤤🥔

For this shoot we let the spuds out of their boxes and dressed them up properly so you could actually see what goes into every meal — from the crispy bacon and slow-cooked meats to the creamy sauces and melted cheese.

Because let’s be honest… once we load them up in the van, half the potato disappears under all the goodness. 😅

This is Baked Spuds unpacked. Fresh, loaded,
hearty comfort food made properly.
