Simplified and perfected menu to keep the tastebuds satisfied.

Our little food trialer has had some issues after our massive night on New Years Eve.
We made some record burger numbers that night but also some big mistakes and set backs.
These things quickly humbled us and made us question if this little side gig is still something we're really loving.
After some time off we thought we'd give it another go and see if Mr Lardy Bardi's can fit into our lives or if we should put it in hold for a while.
As most of you know, Mr Lardy (Zacc) works Fifo and we usually only run the trialer when he's home.
We also have a 6yr old daughter who is desperate for Daddy time and he hates missing out on time with her when he's home.
Rochelle (wifey) will help our amazing staff to manage the trialer while Zacc is away and see if it can fit into our lives on a more permanent basis.
We're looking forward to seeing all our regulars back for their fix!
