Every tag we ship carries more than a number. It carries a piece of the system that protects Australia's reputation as a producer of safe, traceable, high-quality livestock — the system that gives our exports access to markets around the world, and gives authorities the ability to act fast if disease or biosecurity ever threatens the industry.
We've watched the rules evolve since 1996. eID for cattle in 2005. eID for sheep and goats from January 2025. The same eID requirement extending to all stock by 2027. Every change has the same purpose — better traceability, stronger industry protection, a more resilient future for everyone working the land.
We're a small team in Narromine, NSW, but we take that responsibility seriously. Every NLIS order is checked by a real person before it ships. Right tag, right species, right state, right colour. Not because the rules demand it — because the producers relying on it deserve it done properly.
Whatever you're tagging — cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, or alpacas — you're part of a bigger picture. We're proud to help you tag it right.
