So excited to share this news!
Having served on the Board of Directors for 6 years, I am proud to have played a small part in creating this micro-abattoir.
I stepped down from the Board at the last AGM, knowing that we had excellent Directors on board to ensure we reached this goal.
I am happy and relieved that we will finally have meat available for purchase again in the near future!
Well done and thank you to everyone involved in this project👏🎉
Last week, we were audited and officially licensed for red meat processing!
This means we can now process both chickens AND red meat.
