After what felt like a never ending cycle of harvest➡️eat➡️sleep ➡️repeat I can 110% confirm I am Done ➡️ 2025 Truffle Season DONE /FINISHED/ ENDED !! There were days I have cried, I have not wanted to get out of bed, not wanted to deal with anything including my own children which included the 6am rise for the school bus. BUT I did! Some days not that great , some days couldn’t get out the door until 9;30 while trying to keep the wheels on my family life but I still got the job done. Some late nights, some midnight hours, some amazing nights my husband bought dinner into the grading room for me, some nights even had a few glasses of wine to survive it… Proud to say I have achieved it from the amazing support from my family, work colleagues & our beautiful customers, the loyal ones and the new ones. Thankyou for all your ongoing support and keeping me strong on those non strong days . Thankyou for supporting our farm & supporting our family and the continued support from our core restaurants. Until next season 😘… Now a celebratory drink or 3 and then sleep for the next few weeks . Big thanks, much gratitude & cheers . Love Lou 💛

A different Saturday for me as usually I am at the Harvedt Market in Launceston but today I am on our hills harvesting with Mia dog our truffle Hunter 🐶 Finding some beautiful fresh truffles to send to our beautiful customers. As the owner of with my husband I am so grateful for the support of our local restaurants who support us every winter Harvest. Big special thanks to .au 💛 💛 💛 💛 These incredible Restaurants and awesome Chefs put our truffles on the menu every Winter . There is so much work that goes into getting them to plate & I can’t achieve it without these special relationships. I wanted to Thankyou for supporting our Farm again this winter 💛 A new Thankyou to the beautiful 🩵Our New Wholesaler in Queensland sharing gorgeous Tassie Truffles with my home state QLD.
