Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday . It's the last one for the season. The available flavours will be; vanilla, lemon, Salted caramel butter, Raspberry, strawberry cheesecake, choc whisky, nutella, passionfruit and white chocolate, pistachio, Cookies and Cream and 2 new flavours Mojito and Black Forest.

I am looking forward to the Winter Market on Saturday. However, I haven't enjoyed the power outage today! So, no baking, mixing, or experimenting. There will be a crazy day tomorrow trying to get it all done. Flavours this month are vanilla, lemon, orange, pistachio, coffee, double chocolate, passionfruit with white chocolate, raspberry, strawberry cheesecake, and salted caramel butter.

Flavours all organised for Saturday's Winter Market at Neerim South. I'm going all out with 12 flavours. Favourites such as salted caramel butter, Raspberry, lemon, vanilla, pistachio, nutella, and passionfruit with white chocolate will be making their usual appearance. The cold has inspired me to use rye whisky for a dark chocolate and whisky macaron. New flavours to the Winter Market are strawberry cheesecake, sticky date, tutti frutti, and Chai. #

I know they are not macarons, but because I hate wasting the egg yolks after macaron making some No waste Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Egg Yolk Cookies are also for sale on Saturday

Hot cross macarons, the shells are spiced, and filled with hot cross bun flavoured French buttercream. They will be on sale this Saturday.

Red Velvet Macarons with a touch of Christmas. These will be available on Saturday with 11 other flavours at Jindivick Country Market. Flavours range from traditional to a bit of Christmas. Christmas orders taken up to the 10th December with free delivery between 19/12 to 24/12 within 25km of Neerim South.
