While in SA for the Australian Distillers Conference, we took a field trip to the Barossa.

Visiting Barossa Valley Craft Malts, Tarac, Yalumba's distillery and cooperage, Prohibition Liquor and a selection of local distilleries, our trip was a great chance to see how regional history is being thoughtfully carried forward through grain, oak, cask and still.
