A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello and supported us at the Marina Markets today.

We loved bringing a little Nelson Bay Fish Market to the foreshore and sharing some of our favourite local seafood with you.

Beautiful weather, beautiful Nelson Bay and such a lovely crowd.

Now this is one impressive oyster…

This magnificent Pacific oyster weighed an incredible 1.03kg and was harvested by local oyster farmer Paul North from Lemon Tree Passage.

It’s a wonderful reminder of the exceptional seafood being grown right here in Port Stephens by passionate local producers.

Fresh from the estuary to our counter, ready for those who appreciate something truly special.
