Congratulations to first baseman/outfielder Rixon Wingrove! His contract has been purchased by the Minnesota Twins organization, and he will join the Single-A Fort Myers Mighty Mussels!

It is with great disappointment that we have to announce the postponement of the NSW Country Development weekend at Wauchope. With the persistent and forecast rain up and down the eastern seaboard the decision to postpone had to be made. We also needed to give parents time to cancel bookings made and associations to organise local games for that weekend.
It is however great news that we had over 80 players registered for this event and it truely goes to show the need and support of more Development programs for Country.

Shout out to the coaches that takes in the player that needs a little work instead of going after the star of another team.

Nothing better than when that player you took in rewards you with a game winning play.

You may have changed that players whole career by believing in them.

If you ask Rixon Wingrove, the Giants are "just getting started." Whatever the back-to-back Claxton Shield Champions are cooking up, the Team Australia slugger intends to see it through after he signed a three-year contract extension this week. Rixon Wingrove remains a Giant until at least 2027.
