Whisky business… 🥃

Born from our original batch of American Export Stout, this brew went on a journey! One half was dry hopped and released as ‘In Transit’ the other took the slow route, sitting in a barrels for 3 months!

The result? ⬇️

JUST TAPPED: ‘Contraction’ Rye Whisky Barrel Aged Stout (7.0%) 🍻

The rye whisky brings a more subtle character but complements the roasted malt, with soft vanilla and toasted American oak adding a nice, gentle depth. Three months of barrel maturation has mellowed the stout, creating a smooth, rounded sweetness and light spice.

On until sold out, a special edition coming Sunday! 😏

Born from our original batch of American Export Stout, this brew went on a journey! One half was dry hopped and released as ‘In Transit’ the other took the slow route, sitting in a barrels for 3 months!

The result? ⬇️

JUST TAPPED: ‘Expansion’ Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout (7.0%) 🍻

A distinguished aroma of bourbon leads the way, followed by a gentle warming spirit character.
Three months of barrel maturation has softened the beer, bringing forward layers of roasted malt, deep sweetness and charred oak.
