Family and friends have been encouraging me to sell my cookies and treats over the years and I have finally decided to take the plunge and share these addictive delights with locals. Unfortunately I dont have the facilities to be food allergy free. However if your a lover of all things sweet feel free to PM me and I will endeavour to assit you with your enquiries. Baking and decorating cookies is definitely my happy place. Taking photos of my work is definitely not my strength. I usually wait until my treats are all boxed up and ready to go before I think about photos or even worse wait until there gone and then think that I should have taken those pics. Fortunately for this set I was a little more pro active. These were done a little while ago but love how they turned out.

Just a quick pic to show how I package my marshmallows. Each marshmallow is individually packed and heat sealed for freshness and safety. While I love that I can customise both cookies and marshmallows to suit your birthday theme there are rules I need to follow. And while it is time consuming to package each one individually I MUST adhere to this rule. All my treats also have an ingredient list attached as there are so many different allergies to be careful of. I MUST have the ingredient list attached as well. I kind of like this though as you all know exactly what's inside my treats and that they're fresh. I require full non refundable payment at least one week prior to pickup. I then purchase stocks needed to complete your order. Nothing is made prior and I DON'T freeze orders. This way if you need to freeze your treats (yes even marshmallows freeze well), then it's safe to do so.
