just served garlic bread fit for a superyacht.

Crispy hull, garlic engine running full throttle, cheese melted smoother than a calm day on the harbour.

8.5/10, would hoist the sails for another.

Today in Quirindi, it wasn’t just the weather that was moist. This cheesy Turkish number had more butter than a politician’s handshake. House-made, slathered in the good stuff, and just what the doctor ordered.

Another 30 seconds under the grill and it would’ve been a top contender. Still, solid effort. 7.5/10.

It’s been a while but we are back! if we could combine the garlic levels of the cheesy with crispy levels of the OG we would have a high ranking bread. Usually a garlo on Turkish is a winner, but the plain was missing some of that garlic hitter and the cheesy was soggy. So close, yet so far. 6/10
