This week at The Rogue Scholar 🍻

Thursday night we kick things off with Open Mic hosted by Jay Smith — doors from 7pm, music from 8pm till midnight.

Friday night is the final Silent Disco for 2026 — from 8pm till 2am.

Then on Saturday we’ve got Heather Lewis live from 7pm–10pm, followed by Thee Remedy from 10:30pm–1:30am.

Three nights. Plenty of tunes. Long live Midtown.

SIX YEARS OF THE ROGUE SCHOLAR 🍻🎂

This photo was taken on Night One — the day we opened the doors of The Rogue Scholar six years ago.

A lot has happened since then. A lot of b**rs poured, a lot of live music, plenty of late nights, and a lot of familiar faces coming through those doors.

This weekend, we’re celebrating 6 years of The Rogue Scholar — and we’d love you to come and celebrate with us.

🎉 Friday 25 September — our actual birthday
🎉 Saturday 26 September — because one night isn’t enough

Come dressed up if you feel like it. And if you don’t have a costume, don’t worry — we’ve got plenty of spares in the costume room. 😂

Mostly, we just want to see a heap of old friends, regulars, musicians, staff past and present, and everyone who’s been part of the Rogue over the last six years.

Come in, have a b**r, listen to some music and help us celebrate.
