Main. : Yellow Rice with fresh tomatoes
stew in crunchy vegetables stew and fried tofu

Ghanian 🇬🇭 food can be found in Australia Darwin.
Hi everyone I will like to use this opportunity to explain how we eat both Fufu and Eba and Egushi in Ghana and some people contradict each other.

Ghanian Fufu is blended cassava and green plantain and the texture is sticky and does not go well with Egushi Stew but delicious soup. And
Egushi stew goes well with, anything made from corn, cassava, semolina, flour or gari ,rice cooked plantain and anything that you can chew but
We do not chew Fufu we sallow Fufu and lick our fingers and chew the ingredients in the soup so this are the two different foods.
