Why do Winter salads hit different?
Hearty vegetables, deep, nourishing flavours and still healthy!
Roasted beetroot, green herbs, crumbled feta (or even better - goat cheese) finished with a combination drizzle of Blood Orange Olive oil and our Black gold Caramelised Balsamic.
Add some slices of Smoked salmon and a Sprinkle of our Macadamia Dukkah to make it a complete meal.

Look how little our stall was! This was Before Covid, Some things change, some stay the same. People thought we were absolutely crazy to make such a big range of products back then.....All I can say is, you should see us NOW.

Not Preserving related but soooo cute!
One of our game hens disappeared a few weeks ago and we thought a snake or goanna was poaching 😫. Turns out she was hiding in the old compost bin and has had babies! How sweet are they 😄🥰
They have been safely relocated. Now I need to build a brood house.

It’s that time of year! Cool days means marmalade on toast and hot tea. It’s an amazing combination.
We have been cooking up our famous kumquat marmalade and the awesome “farm-alade”. Try them today !
