I've been rehashing my bread making skills. Not a bad start. Tasted so good fresh out of the oven. I was intrigued by a no knead recipe that I stumbled across.
I tweaked it a bit as you do. Organic spelt flour, filtered water, dried yeast, and Himalayan pink salt.
I got some oats, seseme, and chia seeds and blended that into a flour for a higher protein loaf and a more nutty flavour.
From start to finish in under 90 mins. Next time I'll make the dough and stick in the fridge over night to develop the flavor even more. 😁❤️
