What an incredible morning bringing together Sunshine Coast business leaders, founders and changemakers to officially kick off this year’s awards season and Small Business Month.

As the 2025 Sunshine Coast Business of the Year, it was such a privilege for our co-founder Teneille to share a little of the Noosa Black Garlic journey - the highs, the challenges, the lessons, and what it really takes to grow a regional food manufacturing business from the ground up.

There’s something about packing up the van and heading to a festival that never gets old — especially when it’s , one of the Fraser Coast’s finest food celebrations. We’ll be set up tomorrow with the full Noosa Black Garlic range, but the moment we’re really looking forward to is seeing take to the stage and cook with our black garlic in front of a live crowd. Pure magic every time.

We think brie deserves better than a plain cheese board. Split it open. Hide a layer of Caramelised Black Garlic Paste inside. Wrap it in prosciutto. Bake for 15 minutes.
