Manteca Noosa specialises in creating handmade traditional Argentinian alfajores inspired by our family recipe. These mouthwatering treats consist of a shortbread cookie sandwich with a luscious dulce de leche (caramel) filling. We also offer an array of variations, including chocolate shortbread cookie with Belgian dark chocolate coating and local Fat Wren Farm raspberry jam filling, Nutworks mac

adamia shortbread cookie coated with Belgian white chocolate coating and chocolate shortbread cookie with Belgian dark chocolate coating. Our product lineup extends to include Pasta Frola (quince cake), jars of Doulsi dulce de leche from Adelaide, refreshing Naturally Driven sparkling maté cans from Burleigh Heads and Yerba Maté imported from Argentina.
