My name is Igara, and I’m a chef here in Noosa but I’m originally from Brazil.
I’m a passionate and free-spirited individual.
✨ I love good music, good food, and good times.
My main goal for Viva La Vida is to help our customers enjoy the things they love by freeing up
their time with ready-cooked meals!
I create delicious artisanal meals using high-quality ingredients for our customers to enjoy, and

LESS THAN 1 WEEK FOR YOU TO START ORDERING THROUGH THE WEBSITE!!

No one said that starting your own business was easy 󰤈
The decision to get my food licence was a huge one, and it was a process that had me learning
about things like registrations, classifications, insurance and licensing just to name a few 😅
But, all of the hours spent studying and researching were SO WORTH IT!

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of achieving a goal or hitting a milestone along the road tomaking your dreams come true 💫 If you’re an entrepreneur, I encourage you to keep working
towards your dreams, no matter how long the road may feel at times!

As a Chef and Human I believe that every day is a day to learn a new thing in life.
I like to surround myself with Chefs/People that inspires me.

This Guy here Born Cooking as his dad was a Chef.
He spent 70 years old Behind the scenes Cooking.

Don't you think he behaves as a 70 years old Grandpa... Actually I've never heard a pain complaint from him even having just 1 day off per week also having Both knee replaced.He can close the oven door in few seconds with his kick 😎

Working Beside Him and watching his capabilitie of working under pressure, cooking knowledge and not forgotten Leadership Skills was a wonderful experience that I'll take for all my life.

He's one of the Oldest Chef in Noosa also is a local business owner for more than 26 year's.

Simone is his Right hand for more than 15 years. She's a Cook, Waitress,Manager, Bartender and whatever mission you give to her. Also she swims at 5am every morning before starting to work.

Conclusion...

Age is just a number.... you have to keep moving to live a happy Life!

Don't Stop!!! Viva La Vida!!!!

Greeny told me He will buy a Caravan and Travel to Tasmania with his wife first .
After the Trip I'm pretty sure he will find something to keep himself busy!

Thanks for making more motivated than I'm Chef.
