After deep contemplation and an incredible journey filled with flavour, creativity, early morning prep sessions, and countless conversations with our amazing community, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the doors on Noosa Cartel.
This chapter has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. What started as a passion for good food and honest ingredients grew into something far bigger, a community of loyal customers, local suppliers, friends, and supporters who believed in what we were creating. For that, we are endlessly grateful.
To our amazing suppliers, we hope our meals honour your produce and reflect the dedication and hard work that brought it to life. You are and always will be, a great source of inspiration for us, not only the produce you provide but the passion and friendship we share.
To everyone who invited our meals into your homes, supported us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, or simply cheered us on, thank you. Your support kept us going on the toughest days and made the best days unforgettable.
While Noosa Cartel is coming to an end, the memories, the lessons, and the connections will stay with us. We’re proud of what we built, humbled by your support, and excited for whatever comes next.
