We’re gearing up for the weekend - it’s !

We won’t be at the festival this year but we will be at for a special menu takeover on Friday evening. We’ve also teamed up with whom will be pouring our signature espresso martini and a limited release, you can find them at the village on Saturday.

The distillery bar will be open as usual, enjoy!

The simple beauty of a gin & tonic. 🫧

First - a silky, smooth pour of gin over a crisp block of ice. Then - the crackle of bubbles from tonic water, as they rise and burst on the surface. Lastly - simply garnished with delicious, fresh fruit.

BEHIND THE DRINK_GRAPEFRUIT.

Before this drink came the known and loved, spicy ‘marg’. 🌶️

We distill smoked paprika, red capsicum and red chilli’s for the savoury notes that agave typically brings. We use native finger lime for acidity and our Coastal Dry gin for that saltiness that we all love - the perfect gin margarita was born. From there, we add equal parts of this to grapefruit soda and we’ve got ourselves a paloma!

Our ‘not a spicy margarita’ is available to buy from the distillery and online, get yourself a bottle and try two of our faves.
