I love making Sourdough croutons when we have a Ceasar salad.
Yesterday I made a Focaccia mix and cooked it in a loaf tin.
It's so light and just perfect for croutons.
Tonight, I'll be making full slices, toasting them, ready to dip in a nice homemade soup .

Have fun with your Sourdough creations... there are no rules!!
