6 years ago, we opened Ari’s doors for the very first time. ❤️We had left Italy, but brought with us the flavours, traditions and memories of home.

Ari’s began as a way to keep that connection alive. Over the years, it became so much more — a place filled with familiar faces, shared stories, celebrations and friendships. Most of all, it became part of the Noosa community, thanks to everyone who welcomed and supported us.

Today, Ari’s turns 6, and we feel incredibly grateful. To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared our food and helped make Ari’s feel like home.

Grazie, from the bottom of our hearts.

Antonio is the heart of Ari’s — the hands behind so much of the food you enjoy, the quiet force behind the deli, and most importantly, a very special Dad. ❤️

A little Italian tradition you might not know about 🇮🇹🍪

Meet Galletti & Tarallucci by Mulino Bianco — two classic Italian biscuits you’ll find in many Italian pantries.

We love them for breakfast with milk, caffè or cappuccino, but they’re just as good in the afternoon with a cup of tea or coffee. ☕️ And yes… dipping them is definitely part of the experience. 🤌

Galletti are light and crisp, while Tarallucci have that simple, buttery shortbread-style taste that goes perfectly with a warm drink.
