Merry Christmas from our family and table to yours 🤍
Christmas Eve for us is all about gathering, sharing, and taking time over food made with care.
This year’s table looked a little like this:
Entrées
• Brandade de morue
• Kingfish vanilla ceviche
• Seafood gratin with caramelised apple
• Cured salmon with soy & dill sauce
• Tarte tatin with confit eggplant & confit tomato
Main
• 12-hour lamb shoulder
• Green beans with macadamia
• Brie gratin dauphinoise
Desserts
• Trocadero log (three-chocolate mousse)
• Chocolate buttercream log
• Parthenon log (raspberry & vanilla)
• Hazelnut buttercream log
