Fresh strawberry matcha daifuku. Fresh matcha flavoured mochi filled with organic matcha flavoured white bean filling! Although I never *announced* that I had this new flavour, it is on my menu and is very popular! It’s also vegan & gluten-free (like most of my menu).

Small-batch…everything is made in small batches by hand to keep it fresh. Here I’ve just added hojicha powder to freshly made white bean paste. It’s an earthy, nutty and not too sweet filling. Hojicha is a roasted green tea, with less caffeine and is just as tasty as Matcha!
