5 years in this little shop and it’s been a blast! Many wonderful bakes, many wonderful chats. Thanks so much for being part of this little community.

Big thanks to my family for helping out, not only this past weekend moving and painting but any time I needed a hand in the shop, picking up kids or delivering orders they always said yes to lending a hand 🥰

I’m not quite sure what Dot Chocolate will become next but any updates I have I’ll post on here. So please keep following along x

Today was a blast! Thank you to everyone who stopped by yesterday and today. We were A LOT busier than expected 🙃 and sold out pretty early - sorry if you missed out on your Dot Chocolate favs.
We will still be open next week Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Come for coffee/hot chocolates, vanilla bean biscuits or a hazelnut praline (that’s literally all that’s left!)

Hello!
Here are the dates we are working towards in March.
Saturday the 21st will be our final ‘normal’ day of treats and cakes and bakes!
Our final shop day is the 26th March but by then I’m predicting stock will be low if not run out.
Up until then it’s business as normal - we’ve still got lots of cake/chocolate orders coming in so thank you.
*note we are closed Saturday 14th for a special nippers carnival ⚫️💪🏻

Bit of info in this post buckle up!
As of the end of March our 5 year lease is up on our little shop - we have absolutely had the BEST 5 years here (pre shop Dot Choc was operating out of my home kitchen for 5 years 🤪).

I have made the decision to not renew the lease. I have also made the decision after 10 years of baking and making chocs to close Dot Chocolate (for now) and follow a different career path.

I’d love to thank all you for following and supporting my business. Hand on my heart it has been beautiful getting to know you all. I’ve loved all the laughs and smiles and passing waves!

For now it’s business as usual, until the 26th of March, please come in and stock up on all your favs. Should I start planning one last chocolate hunt??
