My favourite flavour from all the sample packs is definitely VANILLA BUTTERCREAM🧁
I've just purchased a big pack so this will be the new daily breakfast shake.

I've pretty picky with protein powders but Macro Mike - Clean Treats® has a lot of goodies. Definitely worth a try if you are gluten free or dairy free or both - like me!

Finally tried FISHBOWL 🍆🍚🥕

We ate at the Rosalie location in Brisbane. Ordered the Miso Eggplant & kids Chicken Rice bowl. This store is 100% Gluten Free with so many delicious options.

So much flavour! A great healthy lunch option. 4yo daughter loved as well (you can order sauces on the side!)

Can't wait to try more options from the menu!

Coeliac safe Mexican with water views🌯🏖

I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl (with salsa on the side cause I cant handle spice😅) Really enjoyed it!

So many Gluten Free options here! Only one dish on the menu has gluten in it. They are Coeliac aware and can cater to lots of dietaries.

Udon Noodle Soup with Miso Broth🍄‍🟫🥦🍜

Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Vegetarian.

I LOVED this meal, restaurant quality. Husband outdid himself👏 Meal was inspired by Oyster Mushrooms we were gifted from a friend's garden!

Miso Broth
700 mL chicken or vegetable stock Organic Stocks & Broths
150–200 mL unsweetened almond milk Vitasoy Australia & NZ
35–45 g white miso paste Miso Tasty
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
10–15 g fresh ginger, finely grated
1 tbsp cooking sake
1–2 tsp gluten-free tamari/soy sauce, to taste
1 tsp honey
black pepper

Sautee Mushrooms, Broccolini and Pakchoy
200–250 g oyster mushrooms
1 bunch Broccolini
1 bunch Pakchoy
1 tbsp Macadamia oil Plenty Foods
1 tsp GF soy/tamari Chang's Asian Food
½ tsp sesame oil Chang's Asian Food

Gluten & Dairy Free Creamy Pasta✨️

Trying out Simply Wize | Gluten Free new Gluten Free Strozzapreti
Purchased through their online store

Dairy Free Sauce
1 Cup of pre soaked raw Cashews
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup of AYAM™ Australia & New Zealand Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Bragg Australia Nutrional Yeast
1 Cloves Garlic
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Oregano
Pinch of pepper

Blend together, pour into pot with strained pasta and stir through with bacon & veggies

Loved this pasta and sauce combo. It's so fun having new pasta shapes to try, feels like a restaurant experience at home👏✨️

Trying all the Macro Mike - Clean Treats® flavours, today we have Golden Gaytime!

15 years of being a Coeliac, I've definitely forgotten what a Golden Gaytime tastes like but the shake was yum! Similar to the vanilla shakes with a caramel flavour, not too strong & easy to drink.

Made with Pureharvest Almond Milk, Frozen Spinach, Frozen Banana and Bega Peanut Butter
