❌LISTS FULL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE❌

We’ve all seen the news coverage by now, how Woolies is no longer going to be buying Tasmanian beef and supplying it in their stores.

This is everyone’s huge wake up call (and let’s be honest, it’s not the first) to start looking into supporting your local farmers and butchers DIRECTLY if possible.

We are only one of many suppliers on the NW coast who are working tirelessly to bring you the best of what we have- Tassie born and bred beef, completely grass fed, quality meat with no nasties.

Our next runs are now scheduled for early November and December, so if you’re interested in a 10kg box (mixed cuts, $250) please comment on this post to go straight on our contact list. As usual I will contact everyone who expresses interest closer to the pickup date to confirm details. 😁

Pickup only from our farm, on the weekends that we specify.

If anyone is interested in an 1/8th of an animal ($25/kg, weight to be confirmed up to 25kg per 1/8th) this option will be coming up also, so register now! If we get enough interest this could become regular going forward.

Another project complete. A big thank you to Landcare Tasmania and the Farm Dams Enhancement Project for there support. We have been able to fence off one of our dams and plant trees providing a better home for our resident platapus.

Thank you also to Alex Wassdorp at Double A contracting for Completing the First half of the fencing last year, Steve Hays and his crew for Completing the 2nd stage of the fencing this year. Jamie Cobbing for the trencing and positioning the troughs.
Blackleys Irrigation and Alpha Electric and Irrigation for pipe, fittings, floats and troughs. The Nursery for the trees, guards and plantings and the local supply stores for the fencing materials.

We would just like to extend a huge THANKYOU to all of you who braved the weather this weekend to come out and purchase our meat.

We are so grateful and continue to be blown away by the support we are shown! We loved seeing you all 🥰

An update for over winter- ❄️ 🥶

The CEO of sales, customer relations, social media manager, etc (AKA me, Emily) will be undergoing a pretty big surgery this week, so we will be offline until the beginning of June.

Once June arrives I’ll be opening up sales for frozen mince and sausages (everything that was left over from this weekend).

Everything is still packaged exactly the same, the only difference is that it’s frozen!

You’ll have to message me or the page to let me know what you’re wanting and we can arrange a suitable time for pickup. It’s going to be a great way to get a little top up over winter if you need it!

Thankyou all again and we can’t wait to see you in June (and July, and August… you get my drift! 😂)

Last night the cattle staged a breakout and I’m trying to work out if this is the face of repentance or triumph 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🐄 🐄 🐄 🏃‍♀️

At least they all stayed together and didn’t get a chance to wander into our currently unfenced backyard! I was a mess! 😂 ‼️‼️

Anyway we are running our last beef round on the 16th and 17th of May, before winter sets in.

The May list is full at this stage, but the waitlist is open if anyone wants to jump on in case of cancellations/no shows. Just message the page or comment your interest on this post.

We will have extra mince and sausages for sale again, on a first come first serve basis as we previously did. More details closer to pickup weekend!

I’ll be running a Mothers Day giveaway shortly, so keep an eye out for that too! 👀 🎁 💝

Get the cuts you all love, utilise the whole animal, and know exactly where your meat comes from! Yes it’s a bit of an outlay money wise to start off, but you SAVE money in the long run.

Thankyou EVERY SINGLE one of you who came out last weekend and supported your local farmer, we sold out of everything and we couldn’t be happier to provide our beef to you all.

Congratulations again to Mark Flanigan, the winner of our Easter comp! Mark was stoked to walk away with an Easter hamper, some mince and snags! I think we chucked in a couple of steaks too, so enjoy Mark! Thankyou for participating 🥩 🐣
