Dunbars Run Orion IAR: 221188 solid white male Huacaya

We are sad to release Orion for sale. We haven’t used him as a stud male as this line has had a huge impact in our herd through his dam and sisters, who we are retaining in our herd.

We’ve also had a large Cria drop and need to make space.

Orion has a fantastic frame, good fine and dense fleece and is very much wanting to work!

Please contact us for inspection and pricing. Orion has been in our show team And was successfully shown winning champion and reserve champion placings under many judges.

Great genetics and good value to be had here for the lucky purchaser.

Royal Bathurst show 2026

What a fun day we had at Royal Bathurst Show. A huge thank you to our convenor Jennie Carey for organising a fantastic show. As well as a huge thanks to her team of helpers in fleece and halter.

Hawkesbury show 2026

After a few weeks of absolute madness around farming and shows…we finally reached Hawkesbury show. Hawkesbury is 3 days of education, promotion , fleece and halter judging.

Firstly thank you to our two fantastic judges Natasha Clark and Barbara Hethington . Your commentary on all animals was fantastic and you made our show very enjoyable.

Sean did a great job as our HDAA steward and show convenor along with our Chief steward Fiona Maxwell. Thank you to all of our helpers Grace, Paul, Charlotte , Declan, Eliza, Maureen, Helen, Sophia for fleece and all of the fleece stewards. Thank you also to Christie, Sam, Robyn,Tony and our Youth judge Rubey Williams ,plus NSW Alpaca Youth for having such a fantastic event on Sunday. Also for helping tidy up pens for final shed clean up on Monday.

Sydney Royal 2026!

One of our favourite shows has come to an end for this year! We had an absolute blast showing, shearing and just having fun.

A huge thank you to our Judge Roger Clarke for his fantastic commentary on all animals. Thank you to the whole convening team for their hard work plus all of our stewards- you work so hard to make this show enjoyable.
