We produce handmade small batch craft spirits based in Sydney, Australia. Buffalo Vale Distillery is a small batch craft distillery.

Founded on the banks of Buffalo Creek, a tributary to the Lane Cove river. Our spirits are all hand crafted from scratch, starting with a simple wash which is slow fermented, then distilled to create our exceptionally smooth base spirit. We then vapour infuse Juniper and 13 other botanicals to create our Clair De Lune Gin. Our incredibly smooth spirit we distill and offer as our Nocturne Vodka.

About these products:

Tank ‘Streme 🤎
Matured for 3 years in heavy char new American oak Kilderkins, Tank 'Streme is a staunch, bold and rich dark Sydney rum with many of the characteristics of Caribbean and Far-Eastern rum.

Revenant🤎
Sipped neat, Revenant has gentle but mouth-filling notes of dark chocolate, on a tannic, slightly smoky backbone. In the glass, the golden copper colour spirit produces an aroma of honey toast and fig.

Le Chêne🤎
Le Chêne is a warm, rounded gin with both the colour and aroma of honey. The woody botanicals have imparted a bouquet of aromas and flavours, with notes of lavender, apricot, angelica and cardamom. The lingering finish provided by toasted vanillin oak completes a mouth-filling experience.
Each bottle of our barrel aged gin is distilled, aged, and bottled by hand on site in our family distillery in Rhodes.
