Today was a little extra special.
Nine years ago, Carl and I met while catering. Since then we've worked countless events together, survived plenty of crazy days, laughed until we cried, and spent far too much time figuring out plinth and platter placements. Somewhere along the way, a work colleague became one of my very best friends.
This morning, I had the absolute privilege of catering Carl's wedding brunch before he headed off to marry the beautiful Helen.
Being part of so many important moments in people's lives is one of the things I love most about what I do, but being trusted to cater for one of my bestie's biggest days was something I'll never forget.
Carl, I've never seen you happier, and Helen, you are everything he deserves and more. You two are simply perfect together.
