In 1995, Lochranza Distillery produced the first legal wh**ky on Arran in 158 years,and it doesn't taste the way you'd expect an island wh**ky to.
There's no heavy peat smoke here. Instead, slow distillation and pure water from Loch na Davie create a spirit full of orchard fruit, citrus and freshness, one that shines in different casks.
Our pick is the Arran 14 Year Old. Also available: the Sauternes Cask Finish, the Sherry Cask and the 25 Year Old Single Malt.

Say hello to the Warramate vineyard crew: Scrappy, The Flying Nun and The Flying Nun's brother (from right). Their job? Keeping the grass under the vines in check.
The team behind them is just as impressive.
Established in 1970, Warramate shares its owners, vineyard team, w**emaking team and w**ery with Yarra Yering, with Sarah Crowe leading the w**emaking.
And the w**es are proving it.
At the 2026 Yarra Valley W**e Show, the Warramate Yarra Valley Cabernets 2024 won the Trophy for Best Cabernet Blend of Show.
The $39.99 Warramate came out on top, ahead of Yarra Yering Dry Red No. 1 ($160 RRP) and Yarra Yering Agincourt ($110 RRP). The Pinot Noir 2025 has 96 points from Halliday.
