Thank you to the thousands of Foody Bag customers who have generously been rounding up their purchase price with extra cents (and sometimes dollars) to good causes when buying food through our platform.

The 'Small Change, Big Impact' feature allows Foody Bag customers to round up their purchase price, which is given to a good cause chosen by the store partner.

The digital donation tin for one of these good causes just hit $1,000.

One of those good causes is non-profit organisation, Mens Talk, dedicated to improving men's mental health and helping prevent su***de.

On Friday, down at Scarborough Beach, our Founder, Stuart Kidd, met with Mens Talk CEO, Paul Litwin to present the cheque.

Thank you to the Foody Bag customers for their generosity and for those Foody Bag store partners. Another good cause is about to reach $1,000 too and we'll post about that in the coming weeks.

Yesterday we reached 100,000 Foody Bags sold on the platform!

50,000 of those 100,000 bags have been sold in the last 4 months.

Things are heating up.

If we were to line those bags up against each other they would go from The Bell Tower in Perth City to past Joondalup, 30km away.

That's a lot of food saved from landfill. That's a lot of food that community members have rescued for a discounted price.

And that's a lot of businesses who became early adopters and took a chance on local outfit, Foody Bag.

A big thank you to everyone who has been along for the ride.

And it's not stopping, it's getting faster and we'll soon announce the money we've been raising for good causes.

Which store would you love to see come on the platform?

We just love Libbi's excitement!

Thank you to the Belmont and surrounding community for its continued support of Foody Bag.

It's been almost 4 years since we launched the Foody Bag mobile app and we've saved from landfill around 200,000 items.

Today we on-boarded Bakers Delight in Belmont - thank you, Rachael and team.

They have just joined the Foody Bag platform helping reduce food surplus and divert it to the community in the shape of a random bag of goodies, for about a third of the price.

Expect more Bakers Delight stores in the next weeks. Pickup usually happens during the last hour before the store closes.

Sending lots of hugs to everyone for getting behind us and so glad we can bring more food stores to the area.
