There is something special about a coffee supplier who has spent 16 years building real relationships across the WA cafe community. 👏

Bannister Downs at the heart of some of Perth's most indulgent desserts. 🍨

Gibney is using our milk and cream across two standout menu items. The Millionaire Sundae features house-made gelato infused for 24 hours with Norohy organic Madagascan vanilla at double the usual quantity, finished with Great Southern Groves limited release olive oil and 10g of Oscietra caviar. And their Chocolate Cake pairs Bahen & Co. single origin 70% chocolate with an olive oil gelato and sea salt, all made with Bannister Downs.

As Head Chef James Cole-Bowen puts it, “It’s indulgence with a sense of humour, serious ingredients not taking themselves too seriously.”

For us, it is a reminder of what quality dairy makes possible in the hands of talented chefs. Proud to be part of it.
