But it wouldn’t be possible without the amazing talent of our Head Chef and Founder Will Pham.
Will's journey into the world of cooking was a personal one, guided by his own innovations and inspirations during his time in the restaurant industry.
As he honed his skills, he knew he wanted to leverage his talent for flavour as a chef to create dishes that not only delighted the palate but also brought people together.
Inspired by seeing his parent's pour their love and care into their baking and cooking. That taught him that love was the heart of every dish and that creativity is boundless 💖
With these principles as his foundation, he infused each creation with the same care and attention that have made his dishes at Brother Bon so special.
Will has always wanted to try his hand in producing products that would carry his unique flavors to a global audience. The first of these being his range of plant-based gelato.
But we're still only just starting our journey -- baby steps 🙏
