Passionfruit & Raspberry swirl also blended with fresh mint, topped with meringue pieces.

Hello everyone, I’m back!!!! There has been a lot of driving, unpacking, checking out our new local area, finding our fave spots and lots of behind the scenes work getting things back up and running down here. I am still waiting on a few things to fall into place but it felt so good to be back out in my trailer this weekend 😍

Kicked things off this weekend with two new markets. One of which felt perfectly fitting to be swirling berry ice cream in the town of Berry, under this lovely old Eucalyptus tree. More to come soon!!
